Hospital faxes pre-authorization TPA

  •    ID proof
  •    In-door advice case paper
  •    Retrieval Diagnostic Reports

    Request recieved by TPA

    TPA check for the cost estimate, policy term & condition are eligibility.

    Claim approved(subject to policy condition and estimate cost) by TPA

    Response (Authorization Letter) faxed to hospital

    Patient get discharged from the hospital and settles the difference amount if any

    Hospital submits all mandatory documents to TPA

    TPA process the claim on the basis of eligibility and actual cost

    TPA makes the claim payment to the hospital and / or patient
